Martricia O’Donnell McLaughlin

My name is Martricia O’Donnell McLaughlin. I have been a practicing attorney in Pennsylvania since 1979. I worked as a litigator in both criminal and civil law, and for the government as an Assistant District Attorney, a County Solicitor. In my private practice, i represented criminal defendants and family members engaged in high conflict litigation. I also taught in the criminal justice department of Moravian College as an adjunct professor.
In 2010, having  completed the required certifications to begin practicing collaborative law and alternative dispute resolution, I founded Beacon Conflict Resolution center.  In addition to my law practice, I offer mediation and ADR services.  I also  conduct  training in mediation and  alternative dispute resolution. I  also offer violence prevention and bullying  awareness and strategy coaching. I have a keen interest in family and community interests and in the interests of families adjusting to changes in composition, whether the adjustment is required by divorce or by the aging or disability of a family or household member.
